According to the BEFSR41V3 Manual at:

Page 33 of the PDF (page 27 of the manual) un-check all UPnP forwarding

Page 36 of the PDF (page 30 of the manual) set UPnP to Disabled

And make sure you save your changes.

Then make sure you have run the Gibson UPnP disabler on any Windows
Boxes you have on your network just in case the router is doing
something as a result of them doing a multicast.
