The ebuild that merges the configs is not yet been marked stable. On my
current Gentoo servers I'm using ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" so I will not
get the update until the ebuild goes stable. I had read a while back on
Planet Gentoo that this change was coming.

I'm glad they finally decided to merge the two files. I never really
liked that idea anyway. I like to have the virtual hosts included from
another file(s) because if you have a lot of them they are much easier
to manage that way.
