It is too high for that, but you ought to take a look at what they are
sending you, you will get a better wave form out of a good true sinewave
UPS. By the time it you get all of the devices hanging off of the power
line the stuff that you get out of the recepticle is pretty rough... At one
time I had to take a look at it in order to determine what sort of filtering
we needed on a power supply what they can send you is really pretty
scary.
