Files with 744 are -rwxr--r-- so how about "\ls -l | grep ^-rwxr--r--"?
That excludes files with SUID and/or SGID, but I don't know if you meant to.

Alternatively,

stat * | grep '^Access: (0733' -A 3 -B 3 | sed -n '/^ File/s/^.*"\(.*\)"$/\1x/p'

but that's much more complicated.
