A few weeks ago I sent the following message:

Due to the generosity of my children, the old guy got a brand new 21"
lcd/tft monitor for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. Had a
perfectly good Optiquest V95 19" monitor that is now sitting in a
corner taking up space. Would like to donate this monitor to a worthy
& deserving person/group who can use it and make his/her experience
with Linux more enjoyable or productive.
Now, be thoughtful. There are many who "would like" to have this
monitor. Search your souls and find someone who can really use it and
make their Linux experience more enjoyable.

Now, several have replied, all individually & seemingly deserving, but
not exactly what I had in mind. eg: a school, a disabled person who
cannot afford it, a formal lug group etc. whatever.
Don't want to make a big deal of this, after all it is only one stupid
19" monitor, but I would really like it to go where it will make the
best impact for our favorite OS.
Again, email me off list. All others whom replied previously are still
in contention and need not reply again unless they have more info to
support their request.

PS Probably a Stylus C84 Inkjet Printer will be available also for free.
