If you want them to be evidence, you have certain
standards to meet, one of which is to show that the
timestamps are accurate.

Entrapment is basically when you induce someone to
commit a crime, when they had no prior disposition
to do so, and here the intrusion shows the prior
disposition was there and you just provided opportunity.

Find the book "Know your enemy" or look around at
honeynet.org and read some of the material online.
