Another option is iFolder v3
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?ifolder

It's open source, based on Mono, and there are instructions on how to
compile as a simple server for additional sharing
capabilities...basically, you drop a file into a directory and it will
sync with anything you allow. I have not played with this version much,
however, from my understanding there is a way to have a "server" be a
peer and sync files to a specific directory (e.g.
/srv/www/htdocs/secure) and your problem is solved. Everytime a file is
put into the "sync'd" folder, it's sync'd to the "server".

I saw these, but didn't look too closely at them. May need to tweak...
