Hi Sick Twist!

From the prospective of a physician, the three categories are 1) the
patient will survive with no treatment, 2) the patient can be saved with
immediate best treatment and 3) the patient will die no matter what. In
an emergency where there is not enough care personnel to attend to all
the victims the 2) category patients get all the attention. Different
sources may order the categories differently.

In software bugs? 1) the bug is an annoyance but the user can live with
it, 2) the bug can be fixed if the best developers work on it and 3)
nobody has a clue about the bug and there is no cure for it. Your
mileage may vary.

Regards,

Pete
