I tell you how I've done in the past...

Install windoze leaving enough room for linux.
THEN install Linux.
This way you will let linux manage/control the booting of windoze since
windoze isn't capable of effectively managing itself...there is no way
that you will want to let windoze manage linux!

I no longer have a need for windoze so I don't do this at all any
longer...but that is how I've done it in the past.
