Of the two most common Linux partitioning tools fdisk and cfdisk, cfdisk is
easier to use for someone not familiar with fdisk, as cfdisk uses an ncurses
type "graphical" interface making selecting and working with your partitions
a little easier to visualize.

The/a Linux partitioning tool is /sbin/fdisk. Same name as FDISK.EXE
(sorta) but different program. Rescue disks may have it in a different
place.
