[SLUG] OT: Ebay Sniper Software/service

Not too long ago, someone mentioned an Ebay sniper software/service that charged per
succesful snipe. I can't remember the name, and I can't seem to Google it up. Can
someone refresh my memory, or recommend a good sniper?
