I'd be happy to, but I'm always hesitant to "use" LUG contacts & friends
to further my career.

However, if work I do helps the LUG and Linux/FOSS advocacy, that's a
different story.

How about something like I buy 50 copies of my own book at 40% off list
(author's discount), sell them -- autographed to LUG members and friends
who come to whatever meeting I speak at for 25% or 30% off, and donate
that profit to the LUG or some other worthwhile activity?

Any thoughts on this idea? Suggestions?
