Agreed. I have used both RealVNC and TightVNC and have been able to connect
Linux-Windows, Linux-Mac, Mac-Windows, Mac-Linux, etc. etc. ad nauseum.
There are versions of both client and server for all of the OS's. Another
one to try is "Chicken of the VNC" (do a google search). Different bells,
different whistles, but the results are the same. I say try 'em all, pick
which one you like, and have fun.
