Yeah, I was excited when I was reading the requirements until I got to the
travel sponsorship part.

But that means we would have to get some business sponsorship. IBM,
Novell, SCO
(just kidding), Cisco, Transgaming... i dunno, who else?

And, to be accurate, it only says that we would have to come up with *part* of
the grant... But that's kind of ambiguous.
