They went down (internet access and cable TV both) for 5 days after the last
hurricane for me (Hillsborough). They do have dial-up, but I haven't
figured out yet how to log in from Linux. I have the number, but it just
dumps you at a shared terminal server. For Windows, there's a special
dialer.
