You can use a bigger fan that spins slower. In theory, a bigger, slower fan can move
the same amount of air as a smaller, higher RPM fan. Because it runs at lower RPM's,
it should be more quiet.

Then, just use a fan adapter or funnel to mount the fan to the heatsink. Here's a
