I have it, hear the sound of escaping air 24x7. I have learned to live with it.
Got it from flying old noisy airplanes. Should have used ear plugs...

Guess there is not much to be done but learn to live with it. Now if it was
something that killed artist and other hollywood types we would have a
fix for it...
