It is not the MySQL that is killing me personally nor the Open Office. I have
both of those working. It is the interconnection between the two that I can
not get to work.

My decision to try SuSE was based on what I know and suspect of what current
quality at Mandriva is. I did not like it so I am not staying.

I had several weeks before tried Fedora 4. I still just can not stand the Blue
Curve so I left and went back to Mandrake.

My decision to try Debian was based on all three of the above.
