Well, I probably shouldn't have hit the list first, but I was lazy.  Anyhoo, I

It was kind of a pain, but I got it.  It needed:
gtk-sharp-devel
mono-devel
Now I just have to figure out how to start csboard.  The INSTALL directions 
are terrible as usual.  I don't want to install it as root.  I just want to 
run it as a user.
