It was already built with the proper options. That kind of thing I make
sure to check after it doesn't work the first time. As it turns out, I
think its a WinXP DNS problem since I was able to get a 9x system to
join the domain.
The error message it gives is very non-obvious and points to in the
wrong direction. The 9X box told me it couldn't find the domain because
it was truncating the domain name. Shortening the domain name to fit
within the constraints of NetBIOS (Worthless POS) fixed the problem.
