Is there some place local that accepts old computer equipment? I have a bunch
of expansion cards and cables I don't need, but don't want to discard if
there's some place that might value them.
Also, is there some place that handles old equipment that's potentially
hazardous in nature? I have a dead Belkin Universal UPS 800VA that was
dropped and no longer functions. I don't really need it, so unless someone
wants to play with fixing it or replacing the battery, I'd like to properly
dispose of it. I might have a soon-dead 17" Gateway EV700 from old to
dispose of, too.
