[SLUG] Probes of SLUG Site?

I need someone more expert in security than me, perhaps someone at NKS,
since the SLUG site is hosted there. I'm seeing what appear to be
"probes" of the SLUG site. Someone is going to (for example) the
volunteer page, and filling out the form. A typical example is as follows:

Name: Adam
Email: don@gmail.com
URL:

Skill Level:
     1

Job Descrip:
     Well done!urlhttp//hjdsinbt.com/tlcj/eapw.htmlMy homepage/url
urlhttp//rocypsri.com/fjfk/qeht.htmlCool site/url

Meeting:

Other:
     Well done!urlhttp//hjdsinbt.com/tlcj/eapw.htmlMy homepage/url
urlhttp//rocypsri.com/fjfk/qeht.htmlCool site/url

I typically see three of these in a row from that page, with different
content, but similar types of content. I find it hard to believe that a
person would sit down the fill out these forms manually three times for
no real result.

I'm wondering if it is possible to automate this type of thing, as
opposed to someone sitting and typing it. And if so, what could they
hope to gain?
