IIRC, there is a website which provides this information, free of
charge. I can't remember which though. It might be whois.sc or
dnsstuff.com or some similar site. Google is your friend, in this
regard.

Absolutely. With Apache you can set up tons of virtual hosts, on a
single server, server farm, or a cluster all using one ip. You just
have to set up your DNS servers to correctly point to A records and MX
records.
