I disagree that abusing copyright law to rob users of fair use is a
"legitimate" distribution method.
It doesn't have to happen. Protest by not getting music from major
record labels through these channels. iTunes is another DRM whore,
albeit easily strippable with free tools, and I'm glad there's no
gnu/linux port of that either.
