Keep in mind that HTTPS is not _always_ secure. HTTPS could be using a
certificate from a proxy server on the network. In that case, it is
possible for a network admin to capture your traffic. There is not a big
risk in that, but if you are in a hotel in an "enemy state", you should
check your certificate. There's been plenty of cases where a hotel has been
known to intercept traffic. I'm certain the information has been sold, on
occasion.
