And if your neighbor is downloading inappropriate content, are you at
fault or are you a common carrier?
I doubt common carrier status would apply to supplying your neighbors
with your residential broadband service.
It's a very slippery slope. The true paranoid among us would probably
use WPA2 and disable SSID broadcasts...
