had to chime in on this.
its clearly a mine vs yours issue.
you using my internet connection (or water in the previous example) is
as bad as me using your mailbox to receive mail i dont want going
directly to my home.
im sure you wouldnt want to explain to your wife a subscription to
penthouse with your name on it any more than i would like to explain
to the feds my connection being used to break in to their servers.
leave mine alone and all do the same to yours.
