Clean up all of the quoting... Here is what I have for the
/etc/sysconfig/network
ifcfg-wlan-id-00:0e:35:99:d1:09 = wifi nic
ifcfg-wlan-id-00:11:25:2f:5c:1e = wired nic
Here is the ifconfig listing

RF-mobile:/etc/sysconfig/network # ifconfig
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:11:25:2F:5C:1E
          UP BROADCAST MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1

          RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
          Base address:0x8000 Memory:c0220000-c0240000

This one is the wifi nic:
eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:0E:35:99:D1:09
          inet addr:192.168.1.200 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0

          Interrupt:11 Base address:0x4000 Memory:c0214000-c0214fff

Here is the content of ifcfg-wlan-id-00:11:25:2f:5c:1e
As you can see it thinks that the wired card is a wifi nic. The whole thing
works, but I think that it makes for delays and other weirdness.

RF-mobile:/etc/sysconfig/network # cat ifcfg-wlan-id-00\:11\:25\:2f\:5c\:1e

I did find these two in the /etc/sysconfig/hardware directory, the first one
is the wifi nic.

RF-mobile:/etc/sysconfig/hardware # cat hwcfg-bus-pci-0000\:02\:02.0
MODULE='ipw2200'

RF-mobile:/etc/sysconfig/hardware #
