NO

MMS is a merely a pointer file to the actual wmv

Here is what one looked like back in a couple of years back

<cyperkey>
<drm check squence>
MMS://<WindowsMediaServer>/locationoffile:port
<drm permissions>
( some are as simple as Just a line of text liek MMS:// etc.)
.mms file is just a pointer to media server and its content.

Like .ram files are supposed to be but people often took realmedia files and
labeld them .ram instead of .rm

The .ram file specification by real networks is also very much the same as
teh ms media pointer format

<server side options /settions>
<location location of file on media sever> (rtp://<server>/file)
