I had a system-rescue CD but an older version that isn't as robust and
didn't have the ghost clone. Good Find.

I eventually just installed fresh to the new HD but restored
Trixbox/Asterisk settings by backing up MySQL.

Then after the install was complete, I wiped out the databases and
restored with the backup SQL file. Worked fine. Probably a slower method
than copy over the HD data but the customer seems happier that he has a
fresh install and everything works.

Now to write him a manual for the next time... ;)
