No I understand, the point being it's not running through any emulation at
all. This is a library written for Linux which allows for win32 code to run
natively under Linux. Not an emulator at all, as an emulator translates code.

Here we have a library which win32 code can run without any translation.

Now I prefer to run under Linux too, even though Gimp is missing the color
capabilities of Photoshop.
