Hey Sluggers,
Coming through as usual. A great bunch. Have received a lot of great
advice and info from you all. Time for me to digest and investigate. At
least I have a starting point and some knowledge of how the "system"
works. Pretty far away, off in central Manhattan in NYC.
Will let you know in the near future what and how the situation is
resolved.
