[SLUG] Epson R200 Out of Paper Reset

I am running SUSE 9.3 Pro with an Epson R200.
I am using CUPS. I have Epson Inkjet Tools.
I can normally do clean cycles and nozzle checks within Linux.

Is there any easy way to reset the printer to work again after I let
it run out of paper before finishing a print job?
In admin mode I have deleted the unfinshed job. I have turned the power
off and disconnected power to the printer and put new paper in it.
After this if I try to print an e-mail, I get a CUPS error.
I need to be in admin mode to delete the new qued job.
When I go to control in admin mode it shows the printer ready to print
a test page. It says it has successfully sent it to the printer. Nothing
happens. Just another job shows up in Kjobviewer.
In Epson Inkjet Tools, if I try nozzle check nothing happens-another
job shows up in Kjobviewer.
Is there someway of getting it going short of Uninstalling shutting everything
down to no power and Reinstalling the printer as I have done in the past?
