ALL your software is going to be outdated with debian/stable. If you
must have the latest, I recommend building from source.

One easyish way to go about that might be to add the following to your
sources.list
deb-src http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt edgy main

Then run:
apt-get update
apt-get build-dep wine
apt-get --build source wine
