Hi,

Interestingly enough it looks like the Free Software Foundation are reviewing
Novell's right to continue selling new versions of Linux. They are going to
announce a decision in two weeks.

Novell are saying they will wait and respond accordingly.

Its interesting to see that all this noise actually escalated to this level.
It sends a clear signal that you need to follow the GPL.

FSF controls key parts of the O/S and without their consent will effectively
kill any efforts to work around them.
