Hmm. I still didn't understand this, so I looked it up. It generally
*does* require a frame, except for the "_blank" target, which calls up a
new browser window. Not sure I care that much whether users go offsite
for their links. I'm not selling diamond rings here, though I might be
willing to use the "_blank" target to launch a new browser window.
Frankly, though, I'm a little irritated when websites do this to me. I
like my tabbed browsing, and having all my tabs available. Unlike many
users, I suppose, I know how to use my "Back" button, and do so with
laser-like precision. ;-}
