OK, Opteron is by Intel, and AthX2 is dual-core, yes? AMD says socket AM2
is meant to replace socket 939, apparently because of a keying restriction
they like. Is this happennwg?

SLi is a method of ganging two PCI-E slots together for faster video
performance, and you can still use a plain PCI-E non-SLi video card though,
right?
