I am just learning it my self, but it is a lot of fun. I just
installed the live CD,
and that worked out of the box. You can install it piece by piece and set each
piece up, but I have not got down to that point yet.
You can see a link that says timeline about 3 screens in, if you click on that
you will get a graph, if you move your cursor over it VERY SLOWLY you can
see the frames in each group of captures. I am still learning a lot about it but
it is a lot of fun to play with.
