It's a dns record issue.

add this after the serial, refresh and MX entries to your
mydomain.com.zone in bind:

mydomain.com. IN A 10.10.10.10

www IN A 10.10.10.10

and it should fix it. If it's a hosting company, sometimes you have to
"turn on" the option to resolve both.
