Hmmm. Take a look at your ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs

Or conversely, if this happens user-wide:

/etc/spamassassin/local.cf

Those are the configuration locations for spamassassin on my Debian Etch
box. YMMV.

You can always test your local spamassassin by copying the whole email
to a text file then run from the command line:

spamassassin -t /path/to/text.file
