Can you send me (or post a link to) your xorg.conf so I can see how it's
done?

Ubuntu 6.something.

I looked in the xorg.conf it made and not only did it remove my comments
(maybe driver options too), only one screen is defined. My fvwm config is
messed up (and I have _no_ idea how that happened); good thing I have a
backup. I'm not in X now; too much useful stuff is on the RH monitor.
