Newegg makes you have 8 I believe. I have 0 on this one.....

Most retailers such as "Tweeter" bark and tell you they won't take it
back unless you have X deal pixels however I had a dead/stuck green
pixel on a brand new 32" Samsung LCD TV and Tweeter told me I couldn't
return it for the dead pixels unless i had like 8.

I said, "not a problem, I returning it since according to my credit card
agreement I have 30 days to bring this back, regardless"(AMEX). So, you
can either take it back and give me a new one, or just credit my card
back. If you choose neither I'll just file a dispute with AMEX and
you'll get a charge back and I'll keep my dead pixel TV for nothing.

They chose to give me a new one. =)
