FON used to give out free routers because they were trying to make you share
your internet connection to the public. It's a pretty good idea - I just
never did it so I turned the router into something useful. The fact that the
router is PDA-size also helped.
It was also fun installing linux on this thing. Maybe someday I'll turn it
into a wireless controlled wardiving robot from hell. :)
