I have one. I haven't been able to get it working with Linux (Suse10.3).
IIRC there are two ways to set it up (ndiswrapper, and a driver ??root).
There are some www posts about it. I wasn't successful, but I did not put a
whole lot of effort into it.

The setup for WN2K seemed to to go OK, and it connected to my AP, but I
couldn't get on www. I didn't need it for WN2K anyway so I didn't pursue it
further. The hardware appeared to work fine.

My original thought was to use it with my wife's mac, replacing an old Linksys
bridge that only has WEP. It looks like getting it going for a mac is even
worse.
