It's only a related group because the denizens say it is and newgrouped it
with that in mind, BTW. But AFAIK you have to ask them. Most groups don't
have one.

starting with comp, misc, news, rec, sci, soc, talk, or humanities. No
alt, fight-o-net^Wfidonet, language- or institution-specific groups (by
default). microsoft.* is going to be inaccessible to many; this may be a
good thing.
