I have done the parts of this, but not the whole sequence. What I'd do is:
Set the browser to go through privoxy.
Set privoxy to log every URL fetched.
As soon as the video starts playing, you can close the window and check the
log; it's URL is among the last fetched, probably the one ending in ".flv"
if it uses Flash (Youtube does).
