OK, you can get total bytes in/out for an interface by doing "ifconfig
interface" and all IP connections by doing "netstat -A inet -p". Is there
any way to get bytes transmitted per process or per connection? I'm trying
to get the download rate for a process, for which any given connection may
be transient.
