Locally... for VPS's you have the Sago choice or (plug!) HiVelocity.

Both, as far as I'm aware, are Virtuozzo (software) based solutions.

Virtuozzo -- being in the software layer -- certainly has a lot of
advantages. You're given dedicated processing and memory resources and
other VPS hosts on your machine shouldn't effect you; note, however,
that at least with us we're going to limit the max processes you can
use (110 at a time on our basic plan, if i remember correctly...)

As far as pricing... It's probably similar to Sago's. We're actually
located in the Sago building... but I know we have at least a two-tier
system for our Virtuozzo servers. ($49 and $99, maybe? I'm an admin,
not in sales :P)

We'll also do _some_ customiztion as far as resources if you
communicate between what's possible, sales, and billing.

Honestly though... if you see good reviews, we can't beat $20!
