OK, so EST=UTC-5. Put this in a file:

| sleep 20
| watch -n 1 --no-title "date '+%c %s' >> /tmp/datelog" &

Make the file executable. Schedule it to be run at 13 Feb 2009 18:31.
"at" is what I used, since I only want it to run once. If /tmp might get
cleaned before you get around to looking at the log, put the log elsewhere.
I hope I did this right, lest I miss it.
