Looks like you can get the latest source through subversion.

Googling for the terms "motorola" and "bitpim" yields a few results. When I
used it, my phone (an LG) didn't have "official" support of any kind, but
limited features were available. I was able to directly access the filesystem,
which is mainly what I was looking for.

As for amd64, try source listed above.
